All of our packages are insured for the full amount enclosed and are sent using Registered/Insured Mail from the USPS. Each package must be signed for and tracking information is available on all shipments at

Website Order Policy
 
  1. Due to market fluctuations, all transactions are final - no returns without prior approval from GCE, Inc.  Merchandise belongs to GCE Inc. until proper payment has been completed. Upon placing an order with GCE Inc, you have entered into a binding agreement.
  2. Payment by personal check, postal money order, cashiers check or bank wire are subject to a 3% cash discount at checkout.  Credit card orders are not eligible to receive the cash discounted price.
  3. All credit card order returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
  4. Certified Coin returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  5. Minimum order of $50, maximum order of $25,000.  If you wish to order more, call us at 301-948-6884 or 1-800-638-4104.
  6. If a quoted price is incorrect due to a typographical or system-error, GCE Inc reserves the right to refuse the order.
  7. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  8. Coins removed from the original packaging are not eligible for return.

  10. All photos are representative of the products only.
  11. GCE Inc reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

In Store Order Policy

  1. Credit Cards are not accepted for In Store Purchase.
  2. The use of Cash or a Cashier Check will allow for immediate disbursement of materials.
  3. Personal Check are accepted but they must match ID provided in all ways.
  4. Personal checks must clear before release of goods.
  5. All sales under $1000 are subject to 6% sales tax
  6. All bullion sales are final.

Ordering by Telephone

  1. Orders must be confirmed by phone.
  2. Payment must be postmarked by close of the following business day.
  3. Payment by Bank Wire or Cashiers Check ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
  4. Payment by check must clear (15 business days) prior to shipping.
  5. Credit Cards are not accepted for Phone orders.
  6. Minimum order for shipping is 50 ozt Silver or 1 ozt Gold.
  7. Free shipping and insurance on orders over 200 ozt or more of Silver and 15 ozt or more of Gold.
  8. Maryland Residents/delivery add 6% sales tax on orders under $1000.
  9. Dealer quantity discounts available.
